eating healthy
don't we all want more energy....more spunk...exspecially during the long dreary winter months? I know i do, so yesterday i went grocery shopping for all healthy food....no junk...no red meat, you know, its been years since i've left a grocery store without the purchase of chips or some other processed food so this is really a big deal to me....i'm hoping it'll give me a little more pep in my step and lighten my poundage a bit...hehehe
